when will Dirty Bomb make other servers for other contries that cant get it??

when i try to get Dirty Bomb on steam it gave me an error that it is not out on my contrie so when will they make a server for it btw i am from north africa

I’d suppose as soon as there is a viable business case that players from this area yield more money than it costs to maintaining a server for this area (taking into account the investment to setup and maintain a business in the first place).
