I was with two or three in-game.
Last time I met one I asked if there was an obsidian Kira.

Top one is Nexon-employee Obsidian, botton one is Splash Damage-employee Obsidian.
And the only way to get them is being an employee.

They are both in game and devs can use them. Founders only have Skyhammer, Proxy, Sawbonez, Vassili and Fragger skins.
