If you don’t want your hopes crushed I recommend you to use the quick open option.

The content of the case is determined the moment you press open so you never actually had a chance to acquire one of those event cards. The animation is just there to trick you.

There was an animation someone made a while ago, opening a case, every possible card was either containment war or cobalt, but it landed on a lead.
I can’t find it though, anyone still have it?

I opened 180 final assault cases and got only 1 special edition card. On average, other friends of mine who opened as much cases as me have gotten at least 3
