when ever I open the game its loads perfectly fine but then says that it is not able to log in

This has been happening to me i haven’t even had a chance to play yet. What do i do. I can play TF2 and CSGO just fine but why not this?

can someone tell me why i can’t log in into my game when i start the game it loads ok BUT a text said a error when im logging into my account can someone explain me that?
