When do new Merc's come out?

I’ve been playing for about two months now and have seen the relese of Sparks and Phantom. I was wondering if there is a set date that news merc’s are released?

usually between 2-3 weeks although iirc in a stream they said they were going to tone that down.

I’ve got a over a 100k banked up and I’m not planning to buy anyone till the next is released…well I may buy one since I can afford 2.

But I’m kinda hoping for Stoker!
