I played ALOT of hours in competitive and yet i dont get a rank. is this a Technical problem? i dont know if its like CS:GO when you need 10 matches in order to get your rank, but if it is how can i possibly know how many matches i have left? is there a feature that i may dont know about?

When did you last play a Ranked game?
Season 1 ended on November 21,2016 with the launch of the MOFO Update.
Nobody has played Ranked since then, and there are no ranks for the next season yet, because it hasn’t launched. If you played at least 10 Ranked games (and earned a rank) before MOFO, you should have received a Season 1 Rank Trinket for the highest rank you achieved.
When Season 2 starts, you’ll have to play 10 placement matches again. You can check your progress in game in Profile>Ranked. (This may show your Season 1 stats. I didn’t play this season, so it still shows 10 matches to go.)
