I tried the CAP 3 and 4, still have the same problem, works fine and then suddenly drops to 10-20 FPS.
What I did was:
Uninstalled ATI drivers
Installed 11.5b
Installed CAP3
Played the game, same problems
Uninstalled both CAP3 and 11.5b
Installed 11.5b
Installed CAP4
Played the game, same problems
When comes a performancepatch?

+1, still hardly playable fps @ around 20 most of the time, overclocked HD4850 and no difference on a whole range of driver versions.
