What's the Biggest Problem in Dirty Bomb

After this last patch, the devs that don’t listen to their community.

-Tiny bugs. Fletcher’s lock on augment, disappearing sticky bombs, Arty’s air strike not going through glass (not sure if bug or not, but it needs to be fixed), things that could be fixed easily not being fixed.
-Arty and Phantom in general (balance issues)
-Anticheat (I have only encountered 3 hackers personally out of my 250 hours put into the game, but people seem to be REALLY bothered by it)
-Right click melee just COMPLETELY worthless now

I want a section added to the tutorial where it explains that 2 people cannot repair at the same time, and whoever is faster will be the only one repairing and getting XP. Because so often they will pointlessly have their repair tool out instead of watching an engineer’s back.

I see people do this on level 10+ servers too, although it might have something to do with the side objective mission.

Is the potent pack augment for useless? It gives 20% more health regen rate from abilities. But Sparks’ packs don’t give regen, they just give health.

I think its a 20% increase to health gained but don’t take my word for it I never play sparks.

Why not? I want this to be fixed, and I keep pushing vids out to get attention.
I will even include tutorials.

Rather have it out in public then a few brats silently using it for years.

I even want to volunteer to patch maps, (and bugs if you guys used a c# wrapper for UE3)
to get this game up the all mighty mountain of f2p. altho I have no idea who to contact for that…

It’s an issue they know about and said they were fixing. You posting videos of yourself exploiting and then threatening to do tutorials does not speed up this process because software development doesn’t work like in the movies. It only puts your account in jeopardy if somebody were to report you.

Also, it’s one thing to demonstrate this in your own server (use switchlevel)…it’s another to use it a live game to show it off. I know you think you’re being a white hat, I get it, but it’s really not a wise move man.

Nowhere did I find this bug being known, I checked the known bug list and didnt see it there.

I know how programming goes, im currently second year student application dev.
For me it all started with a month old vid I saw on youtube about the bug, and decided to dig into it.

How else could I have brought this to the attention if I didnt knew about sp?

You can submit a ticket to Nexon. You can submit a bug to the bug report area of this forum. You can submit a bug report to [url=“http://forums.warchest.com/forumdisplay.php/53-DB-Bugs-Exploits-and-Technical-Issues”]Splash Damage.

Using known exploits in live matches is against the ToS of your account and, in pretty much every game, is grounds for getting banned regardless of intent. I removed the videos from your posts and the quoted posts. Just make sure you do that in the future.

I work in software development for a living myself. Submitting bugs to the proper places is always the best route to take.
