What's the Air Cav achievement?

So I unlocked most achievements for Javeline so far except this one. Any ideas?

Go to a minimally populated server, dome works well. Fire a guided rocket up and spin in a circle so the rocket follows your LOS above the buildings.

Please do this offline so it doesn’t affect games.

Load up a level (switchlevel obj_[name]?minplayers=1, then set SGPlayerReplicationInfo m_SlotArcheTypes FieldOps_05_Gameplay.Pawns.A_FieldOps_05 to equip Javelin), I used trainyard for the large open spawn, but other maps should work. I had a match running, but I didn’t test if it works in pregame. I found it helpful to strafe in the opposite direction of the rocket to keep it in view, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
