My money is on Stoker due to all the teaser images we’ve been getting with him in them. After that it’s Turtle.

Stoker seems to be fairly close to being complete since they were falsely teasing him.

It’ll be Stoker without a doubt, he’s been teased at a lot during for the upcoming release, but it was seen in a video that both Phoenix and Stoker were in a playable stage of development(Stoker doesn’t make a physical appearance but his flames are seen on video causing an AoE DoT). After him my bet is on Turtle(We need more engineers), then Thunder, and finally Aimee(Or even possibly Javelin before her though she has much less development on her I believe).

I honestly cannot remember what the video was, it was here on the forums somewhere though. I’m sure someone will have a link readily available for you. In it the player is obviously using Phoenix(Bear in mind this was before he was confirmed) and during one part of the match they were walking through fire which could only be the ability of one such merc.

I voted stoker because I hope its him, but I would buy turtle too if he released. Also there has been some teases towards stoker.

I’d like some more clues before voting. Looking at the current set of mercs, I’d argue the most needed (and most sensible to release next) would be an engineer. Basically - Turtle.

Not sure if it will actually be him, but looking at the merc line-up, I’d say most likely. I’m sure it would make @Clown very pleased too… c:

@JesseKomm that gameplay was from the closed alpha of the game, so almost all mercs are in there. They took them out for the beta release so they could rebalance them. For example the healing pulse of phoenix shown in the merc rolecall is a lot different of the one in this video, now you cant shoot while using it and it instantly heals instead of a healing over time like the healing station. Thunder was also in a playable situation for example. Turtle and aimee were not though.

If you watch right around 3:15 the player kills a Stoker. Or well he fights a Stoker and kill one a little bit after a tactical retreat.
