I want to buy Vassili , Rhino or Proxy but it would help me make my decision if i knew what caracthers are f2p ( i wont buy a caracther if hes free for a week.
What will be the caracthers that are f2p on the week of 15 - 06 - 2015?

Vassili will probably make a better Rhino counter than Fletcher IMO (especially since we already have Nader as an indoor counter). Yet, an engineer for the next rotation would be nice.
