im trying to change textures in dirty bomb and need a way to unpack .upk files. only udk can do that but i cant find the right version they built the game with to do it. i tried udk 2015-02 and it wont work. is there a more stable version that can open upk files or another way to unpack them? ive tried umodel and it hasnt worked. suggestions?
what version of udk was dirty bomb made with?

You can’t unpack it, Dirty Bomb doesn’t support editing assets at this time.

Dirty Bomb was made with Unreal Engine 3. Currently, due to lack of SDK, you cannot extract any of the game’s original files (minus the images and stuff).

Wouldnt want to edit it. my one kid wants me to try to figure out if and how to import the mercs into garys mod and run around as one of the mercs plus i would love to lear how to make those gmod vids. The tf2 ones are funny and we need some db cartoons or something
