What now? Map is done. Compile questuion.

Hi,
My map is done. What do I do to compile it? I have used the test one to test my map but which compile to I select for the final compile? I think there are 2 options that have final in the name. Do I use one of them?

personally, I do a -meta, then a -vis, then a -light ***, bounce 8
