Its fully functional. Just click the little “web browser” tab and it should work just fine.

Get in game
Shift+Tab
Open my profile
At the space where my profile’s URL is at I type “Youtube.com” (.com is important at steam else it doesn’t recognize what you typed and gives you an error).
Find my music playlist and bam

as an example:

A few good game soundtracks are (imo): Rise Of The Triad (2013), DOOM, DOOM II, Serious Sam III, Timesplitters: Future Perfect, Crysis 3, Quake II, Wolfenstein: The New Order and the Brink soundtrack is actually also a really good one (although a bit short).
