Objective stealing is attack/defend, not CTF. It would be CTF if both teams were trying to steal objectives at the same time.
King of the Hill is an awful format in every game (or at least I think so) and it would be dominated by teams made of only medics, fletcher/nader, and bushwhacker, which would make it a really stale format really quick.
