Been improving lately, probably my new computer so I can actually have above 60 fps constantly. About 28%-29% I believe.
what is your accuracy?
forgot to mention my FOV setting is currently at 92 (up from around 70 something last week). Dox, i did test smoothing out for a bit & it didn’t seem to have much affect. you think i should give it another try?
but yeah, i mainly play NS2 and have a much higher sens in that game. it’s agile/airborne alien lifeforms can be so blinding fast that anything else (most dirty bomb mercs for example) feels like it’s moving at turtle speed in comparison : )
I don’t even know if I use mouse smoothing or not tbh. Will have to check when I get home, I’m at work, but I haven’t even noticed it. Mine will just be whatever default is haha. I never played with it so no idea.
sniper accuracy was 44% and very slowly rising. got a new mouse, used other sniper. now 50% and rising. i want an option to reset accuracy, to see how it goes after i get a new mouse or new pc and stuff.
Seriously doubting all these people claiming 40+ unless they just happen to main shotguns or snipers.

Professional gamers get about 80% accuracy and also have better game sense to make better use of their lives, so accuracy is not the only factor, but that said % of accuracy does makes a HUGH difference. Mine is between 40 and 50% depending on the weapon, but if I run into someone with consistent 55% I will loose 9 out of ten times. As you play against more seasoned players with higher %, you lose not only because of their higher accuracy, but because they always headline (keeping shoulder up aim even when no enemy is present). More accuracy + more headlining + more game sense = more win.
Not sure if troll or not.
80%? What game / type of gun / where are these stats located? Quake Live is one of the most aim heavy games to ever exist and I can safely say the best players in the world only hit 46-50% on a really good day on lan with tracking weapons like the lightning gun.
Unless you’re talking about single shot snipers, then I could believe that maybe, but there is no way in hell anyone on this planet hits 80% with some kind of tracking weapon in a fast paced game like Dirty Bomb.

Check out some of the top CSGO players who are hitting high 70 low 80%.
Your right though, the game really does matter when talking about max %. With DB’s high movement speed, wall jumps ETC you cant really expect to see over 50 - 60 % max with spray’s.
As far as Q3A (Quake Live now) I used to play competitive Q3A when it first came out and kids were way better then, not really like it used to be.
Not saying everyone can make it to the top % accuracy for a game either, just do the best you can. Those who have crazy high accuracy are talented AND play like its a job…
Where are you getting those accuracy numbers from for CS? Accuracy isn’t tracked by most leagues and even the rare times I have seen overall accuracy ratings, they’re around 20%. For example, ScreaM (the player that’s pretty much always brought up as the guy with the best raw aim in CS) has an overall accuracy rating of 19%. I’m pretty sure you’re mixing up headshot % with accuracy since guys like scream do have 80%+ headshot %'s. Even then, most pros have way lower than 80% HS %. If you look at the top 10 best CS players in the world, most of them have 25-50% HS %'s since it’s usually just better to get the guaranteed kill by spraying at the body than to tap at heads and get screwed by CS:GO’s terrible first bullet accuracy like ScreaM would do.
As for accuracy in DB, I used to play this game competitively about 7 months ago; now I just play for fun every once in a while. At the time we were a top 2 NA team (basically the only team that could beat us was Pr0w but we smashed every other NA team including the ones that would beat Pr0w). Most of the guys on my team had 35-40% accuracy for full auto weapons. Personally, I have 36% accuracy which despite not being that high, I was still known for being one of the highest fragging sawbonez/phoenix players in the NA comp scene. What I’m getting at is accuracy isn’t that important and isn’t even good at telling you about someone’s individual fragging ability. There’s just so much other stuff in this game that’s important outside of accuracy. That’s why good players can get way higher scores and can even outfrag noobs that are blatantly aimbotting but don’t know how to play the game.
At a certain point, timing and map awareness will net your more kills than raw aim. It’s basically the same in Quake, cipher, rapha and fatal1ty never had the best aim in the word, but they still dominated the scene.
