What is the real damage of Remburg 7 Shotgun?

I saw somewhere that the shotgun deals 96 damage but I’ve been one shot few times as vassili or 110 hp mercs. No headshots.

You were either wounded, a third party got damage in at the same time, or the most likely scenario, because of the shotgun spread some pellets did hit your head.
If only 2 pellets hit your head while the rest still lands in your body it would deal 112 Damage (108 + 216)
