What is the most embarrising way to die in DB?
Firing so many bullets, backpeddalling so hard, and the guy running you down with melee ends you cause you didn’t even try to have a fair CQC fight.
Playing as Sawbones, panicking when fighting someone 1v1 and throws multiple healthpacks at him (not just one).
After he wins, he thanks me. And instead of ignoring i say “No problem” to let him think it was intentional.
This is multiplied by the fact you’re the only one who sees the guy for some reason and they win because of that
Dying by a pylon
Dying by Nader’s Martydom not because you were too close to get away, but because you ran up and knifed her as an instinctive reaction (have over 200 hours in Dirty Bomb and I still do this).
Whenever there’s a Phantom in-game I’m ready to look behind every corner.
Atleast you get splash damage xp. 
When you throw, not one, but two medpacks at the enemy because of the weapon switching bug… and then die looking like a moron.
Getting melee’d as Phantom yourself. I sure killed a couple and enjoyed it tremendously.
Generally getting killed by your own abilities, like running into your airstrike.
Throw a napalm, but due to bad trajectory calculation it hits ceiling, falls short(a lot) that results in suicide by own napalm.
Suffocating in the gas tunnel while attacking on Underground. You have to walk right past the generator to get to the tunnel. I still managed to die once or twice.
Second place is getting C4’d by MY OWN C4.
Third place goes to the train.
