What is the bottom number in "stat fps" display

I have wondered what the bottom number in the built in FPS display since I started using it. The top is your FPS and I think the middle is ping maybe but no clue what the bottom is. I was checking other numbers to see if any matched and it wasn’t CPU, GPU or RAM usage so I’m guessing it’s something to do with connection. Anyone know?

I can’t recall, isn’t is something ms? Refresh delay or something.

If it’s in ms then it’s probably frametime.

Second number is the frame time, the time every frame gets displayed in ms (pretty much just another way of displaying FPS). Third I’m not sure anymore, it has something to do with hardware and is in percent, if I recall it right, something like how much of the processing is spend on the CPU or GPU not sure which one it was.

Sidenote to complicate it even more. There is also stats unit which adds to it the time spend drawing, on gpu and on cpu in ms
