As the title says. What merc is considered the “best” when it comes to an offensive play style?

Fragger seems to be the flavor of the month (always is, I suppose).
He has a lot of health (150), good weapon choices and a very strong ability.
But really you can play all the merc is an offensive style and still do well with them.

Depends on the map.

Fragger is the default choice. Good hp, good weapons, and cooked frag nades are both powerful and reliable. That said, the fire support mercs (particularly skyhammer) are great for clearing out a defensive position outside, and nader can do similar things anywhere. Your abilities won’t necessarily get a ton of kills, but you will clear aura stations and the like, and you will flush the defenders out for your team to kill.
Stoker might also work well here, but I don’t know him well enough to comment.

You are all wrong, the best offensive merc is Vaseline of course…like I dunno, he might be a bit too good in CQB

Fragger. M4, more health/speed than he deserves and an instant indoor arty strike.

Fragger is a freaking monster, when used correctly he will destroy multiple players with ease.
