Ever since her release in open alpha, she’s been called Elisabeth “Lisa” Wells, Proxy being her callsign due to the nature of her ability.
Bushwacker’s real name was shown along with Proxy’s at the time, Clive ‘T-Rat’ Fitzmorgan but not sure if that ‘T-Rat’ is a nickname or his old callsign before going with the more apropriate Bushwacker.

Stoker’s ID shows that his real name was Harold Sands back in earlier Beta stages, but as of Containment War his name seems to now officially be Garnell Corjin.
