He’s not mentioned in balanced mercs neither in unbalanced.

Sparks is just fine at the moment. I’m sad of all nerfs she took but if she get nerfed one more time, she’ll be useless.

Rhino needs a rework into his mini gun. This thing reks in close range and in close to mid range too.
