Id rather that be a new sniper rifle with a different mechanic on a new Recon merc in the future. Weapon diversity is nice in games, and if the fel-ix got this new model it would probably feel more different to the moa.But I don’t really have any say on this, and whether SD would go out of their way to implement it on a gun already in the game is a different story.

new model on different sniper like jokder said, but i want the FEL-IX model to be a bit longer. it looks like a tiny toy gun compared to the moa.

Fel-Ix is actually Bullpup antimateriel rifle .50 BMG or 12.7mm.
fel-ix actually have the same length of barrel as MOA or maybe even longer.
because the position of trigger mechanism is in the back, the round will travel more length of the barrel and exit with higher muzzle velocity than MOA.
higher muzzle velocity means more speed=faster to reach target.
Fel-Ix is a bulpup which means that it can be shorter weapon than MOA but still have the same barrel length, better manuverability in the corner (especially in urban enviorment) but still have all the traits and probably better than MOA.
if youre comparing this to L115A3, the LynX rifle (Fel-Ix) outperform the rifle in every way.
( Lynx in real life is semi auto and thats even better)

the point is the Lynx Model is already as badass as it can be.
rather than that, i want weapon skins that uses real wood. not bamboo wood.
MOA in bamboo already looks amazing.

i know why its shorter, i just think that this:
is more impressive than this:

why remodel a already good looking gun?
the felix looks like a gepard lynx (thats a really badass gun IRL)
the original is a semi-auto, bullpup, cal.50 sniper rifle with an effective range of 2500m
the longest recorded shot is still from a L115 (bolt action)
it happened 2009 and hit 2 taliban over a distance of 2475meters (a lot over its supposed range)

i was wrong, iwas supposed to talk about the AWM accuracy international
AWM has longer overall length of weapon but Lynx Has Longer Barrel and better Rounds(.50BMG)
more compact weapons that gives a better punch and penetration.
i would choose Lynx erryday all day.
(AWM Effective firing range is 1500m)

Tbh I would love to have the recoil mechanism of the Lynx on the Felix, it looks amazing
