What do you think is personally the 'Best' Merc in DB?

Hello, i need to get going so i am going to make this fast, about 3 months ago my favorite merc in DB was phantom, after he got nerfed i still use him but it is a little too much(in my mind.), so i was wondering what in your own personal opinion is prob the best suitable merc for me… i do have a lot of favorite mercs currently like fletcher and sawbonez, so let me know. thx and have a great day, God bless! There is no best merc. It all depends on your playstyle.

Each one has their uses. You’re asking me to judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree.

Best for what? Engineering? Offensive play? Area denial? Splitting groups? Flushing out fortified positions? Healing? Reviving? Sniping? A combination of these traits? My answer would vary based on each one of these.

For pure offensive killing power, Fragger is your man. His nades can split groups and take out deployables in covered positions with a single throw. His machine gun shreds anything before it, and with 150 health, Fragger can 1v1 anyone else and win.

For an offensive Objective Specialist, go Bushwhacker. The Turret is great, it can be set up to cover you while you plant the C4 or repair the EV, or you can blaze a trail with it by setting up deadly crossfires, keeping the enemy off guard. The KEK is a powerhouse, too.

Other possible choices are Stoker, Skyhammer, Sawbonez, and Fletcher.

Fletcher is probably the most OP merc in the game right now if you know how to play him properly (Those sticky bombs are BEAST). However Fragger is probably better If you want to only play pure assault.

Been using the grandeur a looonnngg time now and I can say that for all of these things, any merc equipped with the granduer is so your man/ woman. This weapon is an absolute beast, and if it comes to Aimee with a drilled loadout I might just have to comatose from sheer joy. So currently, Redye. If Aimee has a Grandeur and drilled or quick eye, Aimee.
