What do you prefer, the Timik-47 or the M4A1?

I enjoy the Timik because of how it feels. That being said both rifles are good, Timik has a faster ROF and reload time, M4 has better spread and less recoil.

I prefer the Timmik just because of the way it’s Iron Sights vs the M4’s Iron Sights look.

i actually did a review on this comparing them. Timik offers like 3 extra damage per second… but it has like 35-40% more recoil. M4A1 for me, all the way.

However the timik does look cooler, reloads like .1s faster, and has nicer iron sights. but m4a1 is just a laser :slight_smile:

kinda and kinda not. Difference is a neutral option takes neutral people into account omiting it makes them invisible (unless they comment on the topic). i.e. you will get a better picture of how many people saw the pool and considered it and decided that they like them equally or think neither is a good weapon.

I prefer the M4A1 for sure.
The timik itself isn’t a bad weapon though.
It’s just the ironsight making it less attractive.
I try to avoid using it on my golden Skyhammer because it blocks your whole view.
However, because of the spray you’ll be forced to use it at some point.

Timik’s ironsights are less obstructive and much clearer, the sights are better than the M4.

I haven’t played DB for long enough to know, but it feels like someone nerfed Timik-47 too hard. The only thing that gun offers is more gun variety NOTHING else. In terms of fully automatic assault rifles M4 has no rivals in any contest.

I’d like to have one Timik loadout with decent perks too, if only for pub play.
Same goes for Aura loadouts and Remburgh, tho.
This is the big downside of having these dumb cards, instead of a pick and mix armory.

I prefer the Timik-47 for several reasons.

  1. The Timik-47 has more stability
  2. The Timik-47 is better at long range engagements.
  3. Uh… I have nothing left… uh… yeah… it’s uh… better…

Honestly, I try to like the Timik, but I always get those gunfights where I’m spraying down a Proxy’s face and all the shots are going everywhere but the white dot on my screen that’s smack on her head. The M4 is just so much more reliable.
