What do you do if you encounter a download on an ET Server

Geez I forgot! How silly of me. I forgot that ET is the only game in the world with no cheaters. Gosh. What was I thinking?

If you want to fill this thread with verbal attacks and adolescent ranting, be my guest. You’ll have to do it by yourself though.

I’ll save the flames for another post, and see how you respond to facts this time around…

One of the most popular mods, ETPro, has it’s own cheat detection which has in many cases shown itself to be more effective than PB. So on average, there are almost certainly less cheaters on mod servers :P.

You also ignore the fact that there are only about 2 mods with a significant number of servers and one of them doesn’t even have a client component, so the stuff you are downloading isn’t mods.

Never mind that those types of downloads have nothing whatsoever to do with cheating.

But if a simple download will keep people like you off my server, all the better, I say.
