What card with Blishlok to get for Aura?

I like to play with her and do my job (at least trying to) as a healer, but shotgun is a bit hard to master (at least for me, as a beginner), so i was wondering, what Blishlok card i should aim for? BL81 Classic Operative, BL41 Relief Operative or BL72 Modern Operative?
Also, if i buy a booster, will it be active only during my gameplay and will be “paused”, when i’m offline or it will be active even if i don’t play the game.

I’m not sure what each augments those loadouts have, but you want Get Up first of all, and then the augment with the increased healing radius if that’s also with Get Up.

Boosters only count down when in a match I believe.
