$30 will get you into the milestone video forums at this time, but not the game, you will have access to closed beta later this year

So it looks like Veteran and Elite have an equal chance of being invited, I’d guess it’s based on how long ago you applied, i.e. first come first served.

I bought the $60 Elite pack and got the alpha invite within 12 hours…so it really depends on various factors, not just when you bought it.

So I couldnt resist buying the vet pack (30usd) since ive heard this game mentioned together with RTCW…
Im a sucker and looking forward to trying this out, just hoping and wishing ill get into the alpha so i dont have to wait :slight_smile:

Same here. Been following the game for quite a long time now but I finally decided to bite and get the Veteran’s pack in hopes of getting to try it out soon. I’ve been playing with my Oculus Rift dev kit recently but there’s not too much content for it and I don’t have time to work on a project of my own right now. Aside from that, most other games out right now are pretty crappy. The last F2P FPS that I enjoyed was Warface, but then the US beta came out and they put it on some awful terrible web platform, and then they decided to close the beta for a while though it’s coming back soon. Dirty Bomb looks really good though, SD has some amazing talent and the game seems so well thought out. I can’t wait to try it. Most developers these days just don’t get it…they can’t figure it out… but I think SD has something going with Echo and a focus on the community.
