What are all of the skins?

I know (or at least im pretty sure) that lead through bronze have one skin. But Silver, Gold, and Cobalt have different skins. I think gold has two. What are they called, and what do they look like? Also are there different Obsidian variations?

There are 4 different Obsidian variations - OutForBlood(The one on the beta fighters and the phoenix card), Founders, Nexon and Splash Damage(Developer exclusive skins).
