Well any more before release?

I’ve heard tell about more video’s but when I checked the news forum they’re talking about a just beiber movie… anyway I was just wondering didn’t SD say they were releasing more tutorial vids one day or something like that until the launch? they started last week and now I really want to see more this game has got me really worked up and I’m anxious as hell.

Bank holidays have stopped them releasing any more. I’m sure there will be more in the run up to launch.

I for one hope so…

The lack of any new footage this close to release I find strange and any reminder to SD to release more is a good thing.

A new IP needs to be sold to it’s prospective purchasers and I have seen very little more in this department than I did at E3 last year.

I trust not silence.

Since the game comes out in 8 / 11 days I don’t think we really need any new footage or information, but if we got some it would be nice, but I think we can hold ourselves, no? :stuck_out_tongue:

By now I have come to realize that nobody at SD works on weekends. So we will be getting more info seeing as it is a weekday.

I only asked because it’s PM in the US and I’m being excited. I’m pretty sure SD would appreciate my excitement rather than shunt it.

I believe today is a holiday in England. Not sure if it is at all tied to the Royal Wedding or not. However, if it is indeed a holiday, I would expect no new info till tomorrow.

Also, there are supposedly 7 smart videos. We have seen 3. Tues, Wes, Thurs, Frid gives us are 4 more videos to watch. This will then coincide nicely with the american release as Monday will probably have reviews popping up.

But what would they be about? We got objectives, basic, and normal gameplay, or well… ‘‘normal’’ :stuck_out_tongue:

We got a class video, or maybe it will be like this:

Vid1 - Character/Gun customization
Vid2 - Player Challenges
Vid3 - Medic/Soldier information
Vid4 - Operative/Engineer information

Not in that order :stuck_out_tongue:

I think there are ALOT of people still on the fence about this game until they see a proper hands on with the game and/or reviews. I am just used to a games company with a great new IP too release showing as much footage as possible in the run up to launch as possible.

Everyone (I believe) is willing this game to be good and it just feels as though SD are holding back the one thing that will sell this game - Real game footage.

Come on SD sort it out.

But we do have a basic gameplay video, but it’s not really normal gameplay though, no? :l

Do you mean like invite some normal non-Splash guys and record the monitors and edit it out into a nice video?

No, that was a number that was said in another thread as if it was known. I’ll try and look into it. We also don’t know if they are going to show all 7 tutorial videos. I’m just hypothesizing.
