Weird obsidian arty glitch

I bought the obsidian bundle but i cant bring myself to use the arty obsidian because it sucks augment wise and arty is my main and i have a cobalt dreiss load-out that is much better. I was using the Fletcher obsidian and i switched to my cobalt arty and the model of Arty’s hands and arms had changed. He was wearing a jacket and gloves that were finger less on two fingers. The hands look different from the arty obsidian. I’m wondering if this is the model of some obsidian skin that isn’t released yet.

The details of the texture don’t seem to make sense, and if that’s supposed to be the cuff of a jacket, it’s pretty poor modeling. My guess is that it was a glitch where you got the default Arty arms with the wrong texture applied. The 3rd person model for the Founder Skyhammer suffered from that consistently for a long time and there have been other random cases reported with other mercs as well (although not in quite some time…).
