So I went to pak up my map ready for release and I find that textures disappear when running in pure mode. Yet all the required textures (every single one referenced by the custom shaders) are in the pk3 file. So what I need now are some reasons why textures might go missing when I’m in pure mode but show up in unpure mode.

Well, it’s fixed but it’s weird. It seems not only did it want the terrain shader (for the index mapping obviously) but also wanted the regular custom shaders script as well. Weird, but it works.
