Tested, no it isn’t. This particular one happened when a guy with Downed Fire shot me, but it isn’t that, we tested.

I had a friend test the other day, he was using a more accurate weapon than I usually do, and we confirmed it is a nutshot.

If the last bullet hits in the right part of the body, that symbol appears. Same way headshots are shown, basically, but for a different body part.

Confirmed. Tried with multiple people, it is confirmed to be a “nutshot kill”. Truly, truly I tell you, the guys at Splash Damage have an amazing sense of humor.

its hilarious that you can’t even shoot where you aim at that short range while crouching and standing still with a standing still target.

View the video again and watch the guy fail to hit him in the nuts 2-3 times while both standing still and crouched.

I call that pretty pathetic tbh.

Last night during a game someone had this idea: get a headshot with the dragonov whilst sliding.
Within 30seconds someone did it.
Brink aim - working as intended
peoples aim - questionable

Um, the drognav is supposed to hit precisely where its aimed.
The other weapons do not work this way, and theres a “good” reason for it :wink:

Of course. All this time it’s been the other people! Including people who have perfect headshot aim in every other FPS. How did we not think of it before! It’s our fault! Bad us!

@ Humate: dragonov is accurate but whilst sliding, aint so easy lawl, should have seen my attemps, miss/miss/deaded.

@ Zenster, didnt blame no-one…i said brinks system is working as intended, whether they made it good or bad who knows, i have no issues.
Peoples aim, ive had 4 humans at once shooting at me from distance i took no damage and took all 4 down with ease, so peoples aim, not everyones but people have questionable skill when it comes to aiming

I can get most kills in a game np. doesnt mean the accuracy isnt ****
