weird clipping

I have a tunnel that runs through some terrain, the two walls of the tunnel are brushes and the tunnel comes out of the terrain completely. (imagine a tube sticking out either side of a hill) The werid thing is the one wall is completely clipped and works fine, where the other wall is only clipped where there is caulk behind the wall, therefore I can walk through the wall near the entrance. The shaders on both walls is the same and no brushes are inside eachother or anythiing. I placed a clipweap brush inside the other wall which kinda fixes the problem, but I’d like to fix it right. This also happens around the doorway to the tunnel.

Can we get some screenies plz? I had some trouble with tunnels myself, but i can only help if I know exaclty what is on, and from your description I don’t.
