How can I edit the weapon damage and what they can do? Do I need the source code for that?

mmh I think you need the source code for this, I suggest you take a look at the etpub mod since they added Cvars to edit damage.

Yes you need the source code, (if you look at a post of mine a few posts back you’ll find the answer.
