I think that some mercs and other mercs abilities should be limited, under xx numbers of players that is on the server… for example Rhino wouldn’t be allowed in under 4vs4 and abilities like using mines, turrets… The reason is pretty simple… To make a fair game… what do the rest of you think?

well think of it like this, the server has 3-4 players or less, and you bring out Rhino accompanied by a medic… How do you cope with that? If the other team is like one medic… You needt to be level 18 to get a Rhino…

I think at this stage and lower player games counter selection of classes is a much biggere decider than in bigger games where most teams will have everything to deal with each thing.
well if you don’t have that… its about balance the teams to a fun game… almost every game i play (and i play a few hours every day) gets to shit course of unbalanced Mercs and stupid players, that put out mines in 2vs2 or use rhino… they just dont have any “fair play” sence at all… When the server is full the attacking team almost always win, not course the teams are uneven, no its be course the classes are unbalanced and most ppl think of frags instead of having fun and take one for the team… or huntring XP. With more balanced, restrictions and tuned mercs, the game could actually be alot more fun…
Merc balance is going to continue to get tweaked i’m sure but again matchmaking mechanics should help overall. We’re working on it!

So your saying you need a better team to take out two enemy players? It sounds like the focus is being directed to the wrong part of this game. The DEVS need to find a way to get the focus back onto the objective and not a heavily weapon troop with a bunch of HP
