I made a new weapon and it looks like the bullets are coming out of the head in stead of the gun , how do i fix this?

If you mean the ejected shells, then you need to place tag_brass where you want them to eject from.

no not them and the flash not 2 just the ‘bullets’ they look like long yellow flashes

You need to place a tag_flash at the end of the barrel.

didnt work think coz i use milkshape 3d , or im just doing somthing wrong xD

Milkshape can’t create tag’s.
