weapon lights effects settings?

I want to play dirty in low set but at the same time I want my weapon lights effects on, this effects make the gold and cobalt weapon big deffent when looking at it, but looking around the setting menu I cant find any set that related to the weapon lights effects, this effect looks like only can be on when I play high graphic?

Try having High Quality(HQ) materials turned on.
