Weapon ideas

I have a few weapon ideas that I’ll post here:

  • New silenced pistol (like USP-S) with light recoil, 16 body damage, 30 head damage, 350 rpm, 17 meters of effective range, clip size of 14 bullets and reload time of 1.5 seconds. (no indicators where the bullets are coming from, no bullet trails)
  • Flare gun (I’m not sure if every merc would have it, I think it would be good for assaults; “It should be a spotting ability for a recon class merc!” ~derpypenguinz19) The flare location would’ve be seen on minimap, so team would know where to attack.
  • An assault rifle/SMG with semi closed reflex sight (shorter tube then the Stark AR, but longer then Blishlok), with stats a bit lower then M4A1, but longer effective range.
  • Throwing knives (I think it’s already in the game files, but idk :smile: )
  • Crossbows - high damage weapons with high reload times, projectiles fly in an arc and are quite slow (I don’t really think the “combat REVIVR” would be a great idea since the current one can one shot many mercs and it’s damage is high -> referenced to first comment, credit: TheStrangerous)
  • Chainsaws??? YES This idea was brought here by my teammate in Dirty Bomb (_MrLuk or :3)! It would be very powerful ability weapon with low range, but limited fuel! (perfect for SAWbones lol - just kidding)

I’d love to have a revive gun, only a combat version that deals more damage, with some balancing, like arc. A crossbow perhaps.

The crossbow is a great idea, but u don’t think it should be like a buffed REVIVR since it’s already quite OP in its current state. Added to list!

A flare gun would be more like an ability than a weapon. I had an idea for a recon merc that shot a flare to spot enemies a while back.

I should probably revisit that before somebody steals the idea…
