water material and healthdamage question for my zeppelin map

I want to make it to where you can actually be in the ballon, but it damages your health.
So something like water, instead I want to change the amount and frequency values, is that possible? I take it that the water must have a shader assosiated with it

I want the area inside the balloon totake 10health points every minute or so

Trigger_Hurt, give it a targetname and scriptname, make a script for it, and make it invisable for 60 secs then default for 1 sec and then loop it.
