This, as well as the fact that Fragger’s grenade can be completely absorbed by one person if the team is positioned somewhat behind them, whereas the concussion will hit you all regardless. Also, if the concussion grenade is not close enough to stun you, it will still most likely blind you.

I’d also be pretty rich if I had a dollar for every time a conc nade blew up in my face and did literally nothing. It’s p broken

not convinced, a good thunder will pop the nade in your leg area, even if you look away the slowdown effect is enough to make you toast

I’d be p rich if I got a dollar every time I killed a full health good Thunder while under conc effects.

Outside of 5v5, he’s pretty average and his conc is below average.

sounds like you just bad thunders tbh, 170hp and toptier weapon can be terrifying, even disregarding conc nade.

i would say though that on pubs thunder will not seem as crazy OP if there is no medic present

It’s not so much that those Thunders are bad, as it is that Thunder can’t 3v1.

3v1 doesn’t really happen in Comp…ever

I’d like to see it go back on Thunder, but maybe increase his cooldown? I can’t remember if the EMP just temporarily stopped deployables or if it destroyed them, but I just know it was useful and made Thunder feel useful. I think people were actually asking for a buff for Thunder previously, before the changes. I’d have to search the forums a bit more because I’ve mostly forgotten about all the Thunder stuff.

Yeah…the only positive it has really is if you’re on something with multiple levels…like the first part of Trainyard and if a Phantom sneaks under the bridge yet his EMP still disables everything above him.
