Want to get known for kicking ass?

I’ll be very upfront about this. I run a YouTube channel here ( youtube.com/nuclearsharkhead ) that just hit over 20,000 subscribers and a lot of my viewers love watching Dirty Bomb. More and more of them are interested in it every day.

I have been known to do top plays videos for other games before, especially Battlefield. What I do is I hype up whatever’s happening in the clips and make people excited about it. I rock a voice that’s perfect for this sort of thing. The end result is they are dying to see more.

To make submission easier, I am going to list some basic guidelines here:

  • Make sure your clips are not too short (10 seconds is too short) and not too long (5 mins is too long).
  • The gameplay in the clips needs to happen reasonably quickly, I don’t want to see twenty seconds of sprinting around doing nothing in between amazing plays.
  • No copyrighted music or excessive talking being heard in the clips. If the talking is team communication during the game, that’s fine. If the talking is unrelated to the game, nah.

If I like what I see or hear from you, I’ll give you my email and you can send your highest quality files to me. Also, it’s ok to send me links to clips you already uploaded to YouTube AS LONG AS the quality is at least 720p HD. I can maaaaybe make an exception for 480p if the gameplay in the clip is borderline GODLIKE haha.

Side note, I also may be able to get your clips seen by many more people than just the ones on my channel. I have connections who will be likely to help, given that Dirty Bomb is full of potential. But like I said. We’ll talk. ; )

apb never died my friend. It’s going to be optimized into a newer engine sometime around Q2 of 2015, along with the PS4 and XBone release

That game damn well better get optimized sooner than later. I’ve tried to hop back into it and the framerate drops are still around in the exact same areas of the game they’ve always been, even with my PC fully upgraded by now. I am disappoint.

Thanks for the support guys! I have even more submissions coming in this time around. I do take submissions from past submitters, I have no problem showcasing the same person more than once if their clips are fun to watch!

A quick note: CC_FANG, please do not move this thread to the fan creations forum where it will never be seen again. I am actively contributing to the growth of the community by spreading the word about this game to thousands of people (viewers from major YouTube channels), and I need new submissions to keep the series going. 99% of submissions came from people who read General Chat.

Anyway so as you guys know by now, the second Top Plays video has already released! I’ve been submitting the series to the subreddit and got a positive response. PixelEnemy will once again be taking a look at it as well.

Let’s keep the amazing gameplay clips coming!!

Almost all of the traffic is on the general forums, it seems, and since there’s no “new posts” list of any kind, there’s little point in posting threads, such as these, anywhere else.

I enjoy watching this kind of content, about games that I like, so I hope that there will be plenty more of these.
