Want to get into competitive Dirtybomb?

(potty1) #1

Hi guys, this is a general heads up to those who are new around here or are looking to get into more serious games relating to dirtybomb. I will just let you know before you read on that anybody is welcome, but, we do play on European servers only.

If you want to get more involved in playing and you have no friends or team mates just yet. We host weekly draft events on these forums courtesy of www.evaczone.com If you would like to sign up to one head over to this part of the forum: http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/categories/competitive-events (Click evaczone draft events)

If you have a team or some friends you’d like to play with against other teams. http://ind3x.shivtr.com is a newly formed clan who are actively looking for new competition. If you’d like to join the team and get involved with us head over to this thread to apply: http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/220/ind3x-gaming-learn-the-art-of-playing-here

It would be awesome to see some of you newer players get invovled. We are all noob friendly here and enjoy teaching others and developing you more as players.

Best of luck whatever you choose. Hope to continue building a better community!

Can i point out its not a great thread title. I thought “Great a comp”! But then i read the post. Yes to competitive gaming. No to playing on only EU servers. Tho its your comp you can set it up as you please.

However - As its just an EU comp Why not put that in the thread title?

Like -------> Want to get into EU competitive Dirtybomb?

Good for you for trying to be pro community (and perhaps be inclusive??) but do try to remember, in future, that the EU is not the entire community! No way a AU player is going to be “competitive” with a 400 ping. So no thanks.

Be language specific.

@RuleofBooKz‌, you couldn’t be more wrong. We have almost equal amounts of NA players as we have European turn up to these events. It honestly just seems you have a massive chip on your shoulder because nobody from AUS wants to organise anything like this for you. We have had several aussie players come play draft games with us in the past. There was even a time when the aus community was 12 players and they even managed to get a 5vs5 going for a few weeks. If you are waiting for someone to do something about the state of aussie DB then why don’t you invest your time into getting things moving instead of wasting your time here knocking one of the few community players left?

To Aussie players and North Americain players. You are all welcome to come play with us. @INF3RN0‌ @sleeepy‌ @Flipside‌ @spookify‌ from North America can help you out and I am sure you’ll see development on their parts to NA drafts soon. For aussie players it is a little harder because most of the good’uns have left us now :frowning: @Volcano‌ used to be a helpful fella and always up for some chill time on teamspeak!
