'wallhack' - seeing thru wall

i have a strange bug in my map… if i come too close to one wall, i can see thru it. how do i fix it?

perhaps the brush is there twice, so that he overlaps itself?
or did you use shaders for that wall?
can you see through all walls with the same texture or whatever?
is the house a model?

there is one brush (wall) and one brush of that poster (with nodraw from other sides). the house is not a model but a brushwork. this is the only place i can see thru wall (well, at least the only one that i found)

the shader for that wall is:

	q3map_shadeangle 90

}

does the poster overlap the wall?
could the poster be responsible for that? or do other walls with poster show correctly?
perhaps use not nodraw but caulk or leave it drawn.

edit: i am too less experienced in shaders… but try to delete the shader , then you see if it is respnsible for that problem

i removed that poster and compiled map - problem is still there. i have redone this wall and it’s not fixed… the wall has caulk from not visible sides.

can you send the map or only cut the house out of the map and send it?

problem terporary solved by setting brush as ‘detail’…

i will release source once completed :wink:
