To be honest, if one wants to play deathmatch, no tutorial will change his mind.
You did a great job teaching players manners (“DON’T BE A D!!CK!”), but some of them are not ment to learn.

Maybe instead of the map tutorial change the loading screen image to a similar but static image? Like explain all of the objectives when loading instead of ‘cutscene’
So, what is the point of intro skip button if player is still forced to wait on spawn?
I feel that loading screens are too simple. Players should see game mode rules(You made it for execution), objectives to do with screenshots and then, cut-scene should be removed for players(not for spectators) and pre-round timer can be cutted to 6-8 seconds.

similarly, why do we have another damn warmup at SW half-time? at least for Casual SW
Also, what is the point for ‘readying up’? 99.99% of the time its the [clock] time running out, rather than the whole server readying up.
