Vsays

(BrightIs) #1

I know not all people will agree but just hoping for vsays to be added as i think it helps new people to communicate with the other players and makes the game feel more community like. More importantly its for those who play the game at work when their not supposed to  but still need to team chat and request things etc.

I agree on vsays

! of the things i loved with WET

v56

Vsays we’re removed with the move to console and PC games, as this is a PC only game I see no reason for them not to make a comeback.

+1

Would be nice to include some of the originals along with some if the new ones.

F1

Use ETQW system though, moving the mouse for most vsays is much nicer imo

The www.dirtybombgame.com website holds the secret to this question!

(temprider) #13

It’s great same like WET!

But maybe use the WET sounds?

(badman) #14

All of Wolf:ET is owned by a different company (ZeniMax), so we’re not able to use any of its assets. I’m also not sure Axis soldiers would quite fit Dirty Bomb’s setting.

(Patriotqube) #15

the hitsounds in WEt actually first really came with etpro, when people here are asking for wet hitsounds iim sure its the ones from etpro they are refering to.

so pretty sure its not ZeniMax <-- just correct me if im wrong here tho

(badman) #16

(Think this is about the vsays and not hitsounds. But to answer your question, ZeniMax own everything that’s in the base game, so that doesn’t include content created by the editing community.)

ETPro uses Quake 3 hitsounds as far as I know.
