Vsays(?) in other languages

My apologies if Vsay it’s not the correct term but I’m referring to the pre-defined messages you can send other players during the game.
Not sure if it’s still happening but before the patch I remember a game where sometimes I was getting those written messages in French.
Since my game client is set to English I’m guessing the game was showing the Vsays(?) in the language of the sender, instead of the player receiving it.
