Voting F buttons

(Maddpadd) #1

Messes up my merc selection, the daily struggle is real, plox fix tis SD nowz!

(Rjsto) #2

Huh, never actually had the problem. I would have imagined it prioritized the merc selection over voting though

(Hexfest) #3

I am not the only one that get tilted on this i see

(Maddpadd) #4

I never vote now cos it annoys me if I forget & spawn as a merc I don’t want to play or has limited use at that moment in game, I end up K’ying out & re-selecting

(MarsRover) #5

Yeah it’s super fun when you accidentally switch from KEK Bushwhacker to KEK Phoenix and look like an idiot running around ignoring downed people.

(SereneFlight) #6

That’s why I always have Nader and Stoker in slots 1 and 2.

(SaulWolfden) #7

I like not switching to the merc I thought I did because someone called a vote. The struggle is indeed real.

(Drcipres) #8

Vote after or before the spawn, not in the last moment, and done right ?

I got some crazy ass bind bugs the last time I tried to move my vote keys off of F1, F2 and F3.

(N8o) #11

I’m probably just going to remap my merc select to somewhere like the numpad cause I am tired of this.

True, we can solve some inane design decisions ourselves, but that’s hardly the point here, now is it?

Funny gif though, good for you.

He wanted it to be fixed. But it’s not broken.

(Naralin) #14

Having the same bindings for different actions is kind of broken to me.

(MarsRover) #15

It’s not broken, it’s just stupid.

(Amerika) #16

Hey, some of the console design mentality from Brink had to bleed over to Dirty Bomb. Most games, particularly FPS games, have a “do this to perform every single action in the game button”. Anybody who has played Mass Effect knows what I am talking about and the same for the few of you who put time into Brink
