I couldn’t find any more suitable section but here goes:
The voting system is broken, having the entire team to vote ‘Yes’ is just ridiculous. It’s so common that AFK players are just hanging around unkicked because it was one vote off, teams that are completely unbalanced with new players and senior players on separate sides.
The number of votes required should be decreased, it will make team shuffling much easier, and a much more fair gameplay environment. The wait between vote-kicks should be shortened.
