Votekick too easy/bugged?

I know there have been changes to how votekicking works in recent patches but since the very last one (since last sunday, was on holiday before then), I keep getting kicked with not even half of the players voting yes.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7SrhhJ0UHs&feature=youtu.be as you can see here it’s a 7v7 server, there are 13 other people. 5 people vote yes, and I’m kicked. That’s 5/13, not even half. If this is intended, it definitely needs to be changed.

Doesn’t help that min level 10 servers seem to be dead, can only get in with a bunch of sub10s that call hacks on anyone. At least in the vid i posted it was just the start of the game, not very fun to get kicked near the end and lose out on xp/contracts/credits

Nice crosshair… Seems fair… That right there is what DB Aim-Punch is better then ET.

Sorry you are getting kicked and at less then 50% thats weird.

A matter of preference that the normal Joe or even I have axcess too. Just saying people did this in ET (I never did) and it gave them a huge advantage. In DB It might also with 120 FOV…

Only players in your team can vote so 5 votes per 7 people.

Never played ET, this is due to the purely visual aimpunch I suppose?
That is one of the things for which mumble crosshairs present an actual advantage, the other one would be noscoping in games like csgo (scout for example is very accurate when not scoped in)

Wish this game implemented better crosshair customization, right now it is just dot or awful dynamic cross, but until then I don’t see any problem with using mumble crosshair (not hard for the average joe to get, not an actual advantage, and allowed by the devs afaik)

Oh, guess that explains it. Strange I wasn’t kicked when 4 people voted then, since that is over 50%.

As far as I know it “is” allowed by the Dev’s also.

IMO I wish it wasnt but thats just me. :smiley:

Only your team mates can vote you off. 6 in this case. Id like to see you gone with 3 or 4 already - 5 is way too much.

Its already hard enough to get people voted off. Hackers usually.
